"Dear fans, If any of your friends ever try to tell you this blog is fake, tell them otherwise. I assure you this is 100% real. Apparently reporters don’t like that I won’t give out Bennett’s phone number, so they decide to lie about me and my family members. -Mac"

climbing ladders never held
much appeal to me. i would
still rather build forts than
construct graphs, get tattoos
instead of promotions, forge
memories before accomplishments.
and if this leads to being
labeled with any number of
unfortunate names, that is okay
with me, because i’ll just stick
my tongue out at you when you walk away
a good thing to remember: when
we’re lucky, we get that chance
to cling to the highest branches, but
luck doesn’t have anything to do
with our inevitable fall…
we should all be so brave, so
fiercely colored, oblivious to
the neutrality of everything else,
and unafraid to shine.
